A retirement pension is paid monthly by iconik to Swedish retirement office, Länsförsäkringar. This is based on your salary. The pension is paid back to you once you retire.
You’re going to need to recharge at some time. Full-time employees in Sweden have 25 vacation days a year. If your family grows, Sweden offers about 16 months parental leave to be shared between parents.
