We expect you to be curious, engaged, and passionate about what you're hired to do. It's ok to say "I don't know", our own leadership models this, and we expect you to be transparent so the team can support you to level up.

What's our view about failure?

Nobody has ever been fired at iconik for making a mistake. It wouldn’t make sense for us to operate that way. Providing the freedom to fail is an important trait of the company — we couldn’t expect so much of individuals if we also penalized people for errors. Mistakes are genuinely looked at as opportunities to learn.

If you learn from your mistakes and can move forward informed by your recent experiences, you’re doing it right.

We have an open door policy

Accessible leadership is a part of our culture of humble excellence. Our company has an open door policy so you can bring any concerns, problems, or ideas to your team leader. You will be encouraged to bring any workplace concerns or problems you might have or know about to your team leader. We all have to strive to provide a positive work experience.

More about vacation

We encourage all employees to take full vacation each year. As long as you give reasonable  notice, we are usually very flexible with approval.

More about sick leave

In Sweden we apply qualifying day of sickness, which means that there is no salary paid for the first day of sickness, and 80% pay for each day after that. If you are on sick leave for more than 14 days you can contact the health insurance office (Försäkringskassan) to apply for salary compensation (http://www.forsakringskassan.se/)

Salaries are great! At iconik we follow the general guidelines for payment of salaries in Sweden, which is paid out on the 25th each month.
