Pin your go-to review tools
Open the tools menu during review and pin whichever tools you reach for most — pinned tools appear directly in the toolbar, so you can switch between them without reopening the menu each time. It's a small change aimed at reviewers who move fast through a session and don't want an extra click standing between them and the next mark.
Call out what's wrong with a new Cross tool
Alongside the existing rectangle, ellipse, arrow, line, and pencil tools, review annotations now include a cross — available on web, desktop, and iOS. A rectangle says "look here"; a cross says "this is wrong" — a distinction that matters in fast-moving review.
